At Pure Threads, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and fair 14-day return window.
🔁 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the original condition you received them
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Pure Threads is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
⛔ Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved items will be refunded to your original payment method

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace it at no cost to you.
📦 Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
